    We use the Chinese GB standard. If your project requires strict adherence to local standards (such as US ASTM or European EN standards), we can also provide structural design solutions that comply with local regulations, leveraging our extensive experience in international projects.

    Yes, for space frames and large projects, our engineers can provide calculation reports in English.

    All structures are professionally engineered. Standard portable buildings can withstand winds of 8–10 levels. Container houses and steel structures are even stronger, offering higher wind resistance. We also consider local wind pressure data during design to ensure safety.
    For fire resistance, our main product—rock wool sandwich panels—is Class A non-combustible, fully meeting fire safety requirements for construction sites and most public spaces. We have nationally recognized test reports available upon request.

    Our MOQ is 1 unit. However, due to high shipping costs, a single unit is not cost-effective. We generally recommend bulk orders to reduce the shipping cost per unit.

    The lifespan depends on materials, maintenance, and environmental conditions. Under normal use and maintenance:

    • Standard Panelized houses: 5–10 years
    • Container houses and light steel structures: 15–20 years or more
    • Industrial steel structures: Up to 50 years

    We also offer various anti-corrosion options (e.g., different galvanization levels). Choosing a higher grade can significantly extend the building’s service life.

    The main structure and materials are covered by a 12-month warranty. Consumables (such as light bulbs) are not covered by the warranty.

    Don’t worry—we’ll respond immediately. After verifying the damage, we offer two solutions:

    • Source materials locally, and we’ll cover the cost.
    • We’ll ship replacements from China free of charge.

    We’ll help you choose the fastest, most cost-effective option to keep your project on track.

    We offer comprehensive installation support, including detailed installation drawings and videos. If installation problems persist, we can send engineers to the site to provide technical guidance or training, but the associated costs will be borne by the purchaser.
    Additionally, we have a local installation team in Ethiopia. If your project is located in or around this region, this will significantly reduce on-site guidance costs and provide more efficient and convenient service.

    Yes, absolutely. We fully cooperate with SGS, BV, or any reputable inspector. Just schedule in advance, and we’ll ensure full transparency for your peace of mind.

    In China, the customs code is 9406900090. Generally, only the first six digits are internationally recognized. You can use the first six digits to inquire about the import tariff rate from your local customs office.
