    Yes, we can send 1-2 engineers to your site to demonstrate the standard installation steps to local workers. The wage is $100 USD per person per day. Visa fees, round-trip airfare, local meals and accommodation are to be borne by you.
    The installation method is simple and easy to learn. After a few days of training, your workers will soon be able to assemble it independently.

    For containers, a simple concrete slab or point foundation is sufficient.

    For our detachable container houses and flat-pack container houses, we have designed a unique drainage system. The roof has a slope, and there are gutters around the roof’s perimeter to collect rainwater and drain it through the downspouts inside the pillars.

    Additionally, we have waterproof sealing strips between the wall panels and the steel frame. If installed correctly, the house can be guaranteed to be waterproof for its lifetime.

    The standard floor load is 200 kg/m². If needed, we can reinforce the bottom purlins to support heavier loads.
